Here you will find information about payment and shipping terms for organizations, individuals, resellers, and international customers.
Payment and Delivery to Shooting Clubs
Orders are delivered securely and conveniently on an invoice basis for organizations.
Invoice payment
We ask shooting clubs, sports clubs, and hunting clubs to pay by invoice (excluding Svea)
Terms of Payment
Payment terms: 20 days net. If you choose to pay by corporate invoice, the first order may in some cases be invoiced as a prepayment invoice. A standard credit check is performed for invoice payments.
Club Discount
As a club, you receive a 10% discount on target covers, target holders, and select targets for shooting and training. The discount is applied manually, and the final product total is verified during invoicing and delivery.
Shipping Information for Organizations
Delivery
Delivery to a pickup location
Orders weighing less than 20 kg and shipped in a single package will be delivered to the nearest pickup location for collection.
Please note that you must provide your cell phone number when placing your order in order to receive SMS notifications about your delivery.
For orders weighing more than 20 kgor consisting of more than two packages, the shipment will be sent as parcel freight. The shipment will then be delivered directly to your door, provided that someone is available to receive it. If no one is available at the time of delivery, additional fees for a redelivery notice may apply.
To ensure the smoothest possible delivery, we recommend that you provide a business address or another address where someone will be available during the day to receive the delivery.
Bulky goods
Bulky items are delivered by truck directly to the specified delivery address. This applies to items that are too large for standard parcel delivery.
Shipping cost
- Flat-rate shipping: 799 SEK
- Applies to bulky goods (e.g., corrugated plastic sheets measuring 130×130 cm and similar products)
To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend that you provide:
- Business address with daytime staffing
If there is no business address:
- The recipient must be present at the time of delivery
- If the delivery is not received (missed delivery), additional charges will be billed by the shipping company, with a minimum fee of 799 SEK

- You must provide your mobile phone number and email address to receive notifications from the carrier
Do you offer free returns?
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly packaged. For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs for the new item.
If you choose to return the package yourself, it must be sent directly to us and not to a drop-off point, as returns that are dropped off at a drop-off point cannot be processed.

I received a damaged package!
Always inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the shipment, you must immediately report it to the delivery location or the carrier and file a damage report.
- Do not accept a damaged package without first reporting the damage.
- If the damage is discovered only after the package has been opened and is believed to have occurred during transit, please contact the shipping company to file a damage report.
- If necessary, please feel free to contact us for further assistance with this matter.
How do I know when my package will be delivered?
Small packages
Once we have packed and entered your order into the shipping system, you will receive an email confirmation that your package is on its way. The email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment via DSV.
- Packages are shipped from our warehouse on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Small packages are shipped via PostNord every weekday.
- Once the package has arrived at your pickup location, you will receive a text message with pickup instructions.
Multiple packages or bulky items
Once your order has been packed and entered into the shipping system, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email. There you will also find the tracking number for tracking via DSV.
If the order needs to be split into multiple packages or shipped on a pallet, it will be delivered by truck directly to the specified delivery address.
- We can leave the package without a receipt.
- If you would like to be notified before delivery, please indicate this in the comments field when placing your order.
Shipping Terms for Organizations
We offer special terms for clubs and associations when ordering from our online store.
Shipping Terms
- Free shipping on orders over 6,000 SEK, including tax (excludes firearms and ammunition)
- Orders consisting solely of clothing are shipped free of charge
Unclaimed package
Packages that are not picked up at the pickup location will be automatically returned to us after 14 days.
For standard-shipping packages that are not claimed, a fee of 350 SEK will be charged to cover the costs of:
- Shipping
- Return shipping
- Handling
Unclaimed registered mail will be charged a fee of 1,050 SEK.
Complaints & Delivery Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If anything is missing, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return goods that are free of defects without giving any reason.
- The right to cancel is valid for 14 days from the date the item is received.
- Please notify us of the return as soon as possible within this period.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-ordered items.
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s right of withdrawal form.
Refund
Refunds will be issued no later than 30 days after the return has been received and approved, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (§19).

Orders are delivered with secure and convenient payment options, such as invoice, credit card, direct payment, Swish, or installment payments. Read more about each option below
Payment by card & Swish
Card payments are processed in accordance with current regulations for online payments in Sweden and the EU. We use Svea Bank AB’s hosted PCI-DSS-certified card payment solution. We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard. The amount will be reserved on your account at the time of order.
Installment payment
Through our partnership with Svea Bank AB, you can sign up for an overdraft agreement and pay for your purchase in installments.
You can choose the repayment term by selecting the promotional option that best suits your needs. You can always pay off the balance in full at any time before the due date.
Invoice
For invoice payments, we partner with Svea Bank AB. To make a purchase on an invoice, you must provide your personal identification number or business registration number. To be eligible for invoice payments, you must be registered in the Swedish Population Register and be at least 18 years old.
