Information on purchasing firearms

Hur kan jag betala ett vapen?

Hos oss kan du enkelt beställa vapen direkt via webshopen och välja mellan flera trygga betalningsalternativ såsom kortbetalning, faktura, delbetalning och Swish.

Alla vapenordrar hanteras manuellt för att säkerställa att köpet sker enligt gällande lagstiftning. Efter genomförd beställning kontaktar vi dig för vidare hantering av licensansökan och leverans.

Handpenning vid köp av vapen

Vid beställning av vapen debiteras en handpenning på 20 % av ordervärdet. Detta reglerar vi manuellt efter beställning. Gäller ej Kort, faktura Svea, delbetalning, Swish.

Frakt och leverans av vapen?

Fraktkostnaden för vapen är 1100 kr.

Observera att vapen enligt gällande regler måste skickas som delad försändelse, vilket innebär att leveransen skickas i två separata paket.

Ni kan också välja att hämta ert vapen hos oss i butiken.

Ej uthämtade värdeförsändelser

Ej utlösta eller ej uthämtade värdeförsändelser debiteras med 1100 kr för att täcka frakt- och hanteringskostnader.

Avbokning av vapen

Om en påbörjad eller anmäld licensansökan avbokas debiteras en administrationsavgift på 500 kr.

Information on purchasing ammunition

Ammunitionsfrakt

To purchase ammunition, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid firearm permit for the specific firearm in question.

Vid köp i vår webbshop behöver du efter beställning skicka in en kopia på din legitimation samt vapenlicens till oss på gesab@skyttetjanst.se. När uppgifterna har verifierats kan vi behandla och skicka din order.

Observera att fraktkostnad 730kr tillkommer vid leverans av ammunition. Fraktkostnaden räknas ut i kassan.

Delivery

Delivery to a pickup location
Orders weighing less than 20 kg and shipped in a single package will be delivered to the nearest pickup location for collection.

Please note that you must provide your cell phone number when placing your order in order to receive SMS notifications about your delivery.

For orders weighing more than 20 kgor consisting of more than two packages, the shipment will be sent as parcel freight. The shipment will then be delivered directly to your door, provided that someone is available to receive it. If no one is available at the time of delivery, additional fees for a redelivery notice may apply.

To ensure the smoothest possible delivery, we recommend that you provide a business address or another address where someone will be available during the day to receive the delivery.

Bulky goods

Bulky items are delivered by truck directly to the specified delivery address. This applies to items that are too large for standard parcel delivery.

Shipping cost

  • Flat-rate shipping: 799 SEK
  • Applies to bulky goods (e.g., corrugated plastic sheets measuring 130×130 cm and similar products)

To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend that you provide:

  • Business address with daytime staffing

If there is no business address:

  • The recipient must be present at the time of delivery
  • If the delivery is not received (missed delivery), additional charges will be billed by the shipping company, with a minimum fee of 799 SEK

Important

  • You must provide your mobile phone number and email address to receive notifications from the carrier

Do you offer free returns?

Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly packaged. For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs for the new item.

If you choose to return the package yourself, it must be sent directly to us and not to a drop-off point, as returns that are dropped off at a drop-off point cannot be processed.

I received a damaged package!

Always inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the shipment, you must immediately report it to the delivery location or the carrier and file a damage report.

  • Do not accept a damaged package without first reporting the damage.
  • If the damage is discovered only after the package has been opened and is believed to have occurred during transit, please contact the shipping company to file a damage report.
  • If necessary, please feel free to contact us for further assistance with this matter.

How do I know when my package will be delivered?

 

Small packages

Once we have packed and entered your order into the shipping system, you will receive an email confirmation that your package is on its way. The email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment via DSV.

  • Packages are shipped from our warehouse on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Small packages are shipped via PostNord every weekday.
  • Once the package has arrived at your pickup location, you will receive a text message with pickup instructions.

Multiple packages or bulky items

Once your order has been packed and entered into the shipping system, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email. There you will also find the tracking number for tracking via DSV.

If the order needs to be split into multiple packages or shipped on a pallet, it will be delivered by truck directly to the specified delivery address.

  • We can leave the package without a receipt.
  • If you would like to be notified before delivery, please indicate this in the comments field when placing your order.

Betalning med kort sker enligt gällande regler för online- betalning i Sverige och EU.
Vi använder Svea Bank AB hostade PCI-DSS-certifierade kortbetalningslösning.
Vi accepterar följande kort: Visa, MasterCard. Pengarna reserveras på ditt konto vid ordertillfället.

Alla transaktioner skickas via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) mycket säkert krypterade. Inga kortnummer sparas.

Shipping Terms for Organizations

We offer special terms for clubs and associations when ordering from our online store.

Shipping Terms

  • Free shipping on orders over 6,000 SEK, including tax (excludes firearms and ammunition)
  • Orders consisting solely of clothing are shipped free of charge

Unclaimed package

Packages that are not picked up at the pickup location will be automatically returned to us after 14 days.

For standard-shipping packages that are not claimed, a fee of 350 SEK will be charged to cover the costs of:

  • Shipping
  • Return shipping
  • Handling

Unclaimed registered mail will be charged a fee of 1,050 SEK.

Complaints & Delivery Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If anything is missing, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return goods that are free of defects without giving any reason.

  • The right to cancel is valid for 14 days from the date the item is received.
  • Please notify us of the return as soon as possible within this period.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-ordered items.

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s right of withdrawal form.

Refund

Refunds will be issued no later than 30 days after the return has been received and approved, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (§19).

We offer free shipping on clothing and shoes when you shop with us. Your order will be shipped quickly and easily, and you’ll always receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.

Over the past year, we’ve been working behind the scenes to create a new and improved website. A lot of thought and effort has gone into the new site, and we really hope you like it.
