Gunnar, our founder

Gunnar Elfving is the founder and former owner of Skyttetjänst AB / GESAB. The company was founded in 1999 when Gunnar took over parts of the business from Skytterörelsens Försäljning AB and expanded the business with a focus on quality, expertise, and personalized service for hunters and sport shooters throughout Sweden.

Over many years, Gunnar built the company into a well-known leader in the hunting, shooting, and firearms industry, offering a strong product lineup and a high level of expertise in both equipment and service. Through his deep commitment to the hunting and shooting community, he created a company where experience, reliability, and a customer-first approach have always been at the core.

Peter is continuing the work

In 2021, Gunnar decided to hand over responsibility for the business to Peter Lantz to ensure the company’s continued growth and future. The work and values that Gunnar established continue to shape the business to this day.

Skyttetjänst AB / GESAB continues to offer products and services for hunters, sport shooters, and outdoor enthusiasts—with the same passion for quality, expertise, and personalized service that has defined the company since its inception.
